WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
A4 Tech warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs to A4 Tech but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or Limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above Limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.

If your product is defective or you need to claim a warranty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Your name, telephone number with area code, email address, product’s model number, purchase date, and where you purchased it from along with a detailed message regarding your claim. We will reply your email within 2-3 days with instructions.
